But unfortunately the 75 year old Soul Train creator has been found dead in his Sherman Oaks home from an apparent suicide.
Police found him with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

A New Jersey man has died after being struck by lightning. The horrible event happened on July 3rd.
The odd part, the man’s father was also killed when he was struck by lighting 48 years ago!
