The drama never ends in the Anna Nicole Smith drug conspiracy case!
Now, witness Ford Shelley recanted his earlier statements in which he alluded that Smith's lawyer-boyfriend Howard K. Stern had overmedicated Smith.
On Friday, he changed his tune, claiming that he never witnessed Smith abuse drugs nor did he see Stern force any medication on to her. He also says that he believes Stern shouldn't be on trial.
Stern, along with Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich have pleaded not guilty to charges claiming that they provided Smith excessive drugs.
Shady, shady, shady….

Standup comic Robert Schimmel, who was a frequent guest on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and Howard Stern's radio show passed away Friday evening after suffering serious injuries in a car accident.
Schimmel was a passenger in a car driven by his 19-year-old daughter Aliyah Schimmel. The vehicle the two were riding in rolled on to the side of the freeway after Aliyah swerved to avoid another car.
Schimmel's spokesman Howard Bragman says that Aliyah is hospitalized and in stable condition.
Robert was 60-years-old.
So sad.

Eminem's gonna get paid!
A federal appeals court has found that Eminem's former production company F.B.T Productions LLC is entitled to royalties by Universal Music Group (UMG) for music downloaded over iTunes or sold as cellphone ringtones.
Last year, a federal jury ruled against F.B.T., however, the appeals court ruled on Friday that the contracts between UMG and F.B.T. "unambiguously applies to permanent downloads and master-tones," which entitles Eminem and his producers to a 50-50 split for recordings licensed to iTunes and other digital distributors.
This ruling could potentially affect how record labels and artists make financial deals in the future. Very inneresting!

In your face, Shady RV Dealer Guy!
Looks like there will be no push-up contest because Taylor Lautner has settled a lawsuit with McMahon's RV, the dealership who failed to deliver Tay Tay's $300,000 RV before shooting began on his new film Abduction.
His lawyer Robert Barta released a statement:
"McMahon's RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon's RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children's charity with which he has a long-standing relationship. The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas."
That's right. You don't mess with Taylor!!

R&B singer Faith Evans could face up to six months in jail if convicted.
On August 21, she was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near Marina del Ray and was arrested after she was suspected of being under the influence.
We hope she's learned her lesson!

More dramz for John Travolta!
Ex-ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne, who allegedly tried to exort $25 million from the actor after the death of his son Jett, is now claiming that Travolta "betrayed" him after they had an "agreement" that all charges would be dropped.
According to Lightbourne, he and Travolta's lawyers struck a deal, stating that if Lightbourne stayed away from the media, all charges would be dropped against him.
However, the retrial is set to begin this coming Monday in Nassau and now Lighbtbourne says he's been "duped."
He adds, "We had an agreement. I feel betrayed by Mr. Travolta. We took his word for it. Now it's all over the newspapers, the press, the Internet
and we're hearing all kind of things."
Meanwhile, Travolta's attorneys say that they met with Lightbourne, but made no guarantee that they would drop the charges.
Hmm, it's hard to believe someone who tried to extort money.

The end is near for Britney Spears and Jason Trawick, y’all. No, I’m not talking about their relationship — romantically, they are doing just fine. I’m actually referring to the end of their 2 week Hawaiian vacation. As you should be well aware by now, Britwick have been holidaying on the island of Maui, HI at the Grand Wailea Resort for the past couple of weeks … but the time is drawing ever near for the couple to return to the mainland. Here are a few photos of Britney and Jason having the time of their lives together as they frolicked and played in the ocean one last time yesterday afternoon:
Again, Britney‘s hot bod is wrapped in another supercute bikini and, thankfully, Jason finally found himself a semi-decent pair of board shorts to wear. As bummed as I am (and I’m sure as are they) that their Hawaiian holiday is coming to a close, I think I’m ready for Britney to get back to SoCal so she can get back to work on her new album! If she is gonna release her new album by year’s end (like I’m hoping and praying she will), she’s gotta get back to work! Still, I’m glad she took a couple of weeks to enjoy paradise in Hawaii with her hot man. I bet this trip was quite a rejuvenating one for our dear Britney … after all, you can tell just by the big smile on her face :D

Kara DIOlusional has made a statement regarding her exit from American Idol and girlfriend is pretending she didn't get fired!
The former judge says:
“I felt like I won the lottery when I joined American Idol two years ago, but I feel like now is the best time to leave Idol. I am very proud to have been associated with American Idol – it has truly been an amazing experience … I look forward to my next challenge, and want to thank everyone who has supported me. All the best to everyone on Season 10!”
Everyone knows that Kara's tired ass was fired from AI, so guess what? You ain't fooling anybody, honey!
